Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (subject to product availability) will normally be dispatched the same day.

We dispatch UK orders by Royal Mail 1st class or by courier.

All couriers require a signature upon delivery..

Every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as practicably possible but rhinocables cannot be held liable should any loss occur due to late delivery.

If you have not received an email from us requesting extra details or notification of out of stock items and your order has not turned up within the allocated delivery time, please call or email us (contact us page for info) and we will try and locate your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days.

We request that our customers order in good time to allow receipt of their order as we cannot be held responsible for impracticable delivery requests.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or loss when the address or details are entered incorrectly (we do not tamper with ANY details you provide us with).
